Experience
It seems close to the airport... but you have to take taxi there! The breakfast was too simple, maybe because of christmas day. No shops or restaurants or people around.. The facility in the room is old and no light on the road.

Worse place I’ve ever stayed. There is nothing around the area to do, not even a supermarket. The whole place is pretty much a construction sight. Room didn’t even have any windows and was cold, dirty and worn down.

Pire expérience.
Pour commencer, on me donne une chambre avec un problème électrique, résultat, pas de lumière en arrivant, je demande quelqu’un, on me réponds que c’est normal, c’est la clim qui fait tout sauter… Voyant mon regard, on me donne les clés d’une deuxième chambre, quand je rentre, de l’eau partout à l’intérieur de la chambre devant la porte… Je n’aime pas tellement déranger, j’ai donc nettoyé par moi même, j’ai déplacé les meubles pour enlever l’eau et j’ai retrouvé tout et n’importe quoi sous les meubles, très mauvais ménage. Je suis resté une semaine, on as plusieurs fois oublié de me recharger le shampooing, ou de me donner du papier toilette, super. Un matelas incroyablement inconfortable, sans parler des avions qui décollent toutes les 5 minutes a 200 mètres d’ici. Le restaurant était vraiment moyen, pas de carte en anglais, je demande ce qu’il y a dans un plat, on me répond du bœuf, je le prends, on me ramène de la dinde… Pire expérience.

Struttura datata stile anni 80 però con il fascino che sta davanti al mare. Basterebbero alcune migliorie per renderlo accettabile. Ristorante si mangia bene e personale gentile, la struttura come le abitazioni sono da rivedere. Consigliato se siete a Catania per lavoro e in macchina

Having missed our flight home due to losing our passports, we tried to find some last minute accommodation near Catania Airport. Options were limited but this property was advertised as a bungalow with a private beach. Sounded nice for 1 night. We were horrified when we arrived. The bungalow was just a small square building with 1 room for beds, kitchen and a table, and a separate room for WC & shower. There was loud music blaring out from a nearby beach for most of the night plus the noise from overhead aircraft taking off (no chance of triple glazing here). In addition we found 2 cockroaches in the room. Suffice to say, we didn't get much sleep that night. The free breakfast was also poor. It was a buffet but not much choice on offer. The coffee was cheap & nasty and the food choices were of poor quality. I could understand if this was a budget resort, but the room cost an incredible 200 Euros (170 tax) for 1 night. To be fair, the private beach did look quite nice and I suspect this is why it was so expensive. But honestly, don't stay here if you value your sleep.

Si vous arrivez ou partez de Catane en avion, ce village touristique est idéalement placé pour une première nuit ou dernière nuit et un premier ou dernier bain de mer. Évidemment, à cause de la proximité avec l'aéroport, des avions passent juste au-dessus! Mais pas dans la nuit! Le petit déjeuner est inclus dans la prestation. Les bungalows sont un peu vieillots, mais la literie est bonne. En revanche, la réception de la TV est mauvaise et il n'y a que 3 chaines qui fonctionnent.

Bugs in the sheets on the bed. Bugs in the bathroom sink. Flushing the toilet was followed by a very loud noise I think was a pump to refill toilet reservoir. Wi-Fi virtually nonexistent. Noisy beach bar. Adjacent discotheque had very loud music until 2 a.m. Very limited hotel restaurant with inexperienced staff

the property is in a very easy location to reach, staff are very friendly and helpful staff, our room was always very clean, and the beach is extremely well kept, parking was a big , overall very good value for money. only down side was the on site restaurant, which will not deter me from staying there again as I can easily eat somewhere else.

Ho pernottato solo una notte avevo prenotato un bungalow in riva al mare , una volta arrivati me ne hanno dato uno più interno dicendo che era impossibile che mi Avevano dato la disponibilità, cosa non vera altrimenti non avrei prenotato , le camere sono da rimodernare all’incirca anni 70 mantenute male , camera piccolissima , livello di pulizia buono , a circa 30 mt dal mare , il contesto gradevole per una famiglia ma il prezzo è un po’ caro rispetto a quello che t offrono

Off season stay
We were here during the off season, it has a funky 70s beach resort vibe. We were pleased with the staff and found the room to be well worth the money in size and comfort.

Le personnel est très gentil mais le lieu est bruyant et j'ai du aller voir la réception car le frigo était plein de moisissures. Du coup, ils l'ont rapidement changé. L'internet fonctionne assez mal voir pas dans la chambre. Le positif est la plage juste à côté de l'hôtel.

Ende Februar, wir waren vermutlich die einzigen Gäste, weshalb alles geschlossen war. Kein Restaurant zu finden. Die Strandpromenade besteht aus verlassenen Einrichtungen und viel Müll.

Déjà, le camping est difficile à trouver parce que le nom "La plaja" est écrit en tout petit. Ensuite, chambre équivalant à une cellule, pas même de table de nuit. Le robinet de la douche nous est resté dans la main lorsqu'on a voulu l'ouvrir. Plage correcte mais avec une terrasse dont le toit s'est effondré et les stores sont en lambeaux et ce n'est pas récent. Le camping est situé dans le prolongement de la piste d'envol de l'aéroport.

Usato come B&B va benissimo.
Ho solo soggiornato per lavoro perché in zona era praticamente tutto pieno. Alla fine è andata anche meglio di come credessi. Stanza pulita, non il massimo del comfort ma andava benissimo per quello che mi serviva. Colazione normale, un po' come andare al bar a prendere cappuccino e cornetto. Ovvio che il mio non può essere un giudizio utile a chi vuole passarci del tempo al mare.

Hôtel correct pour dépanner si on doit rester une nuit et reprendre un vol le matin .... ET ENCORE . malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, il faut faire un GRAND détour EN TAXI OBLIGATOIREMENT pour y accéder. (Comptez 26€) Confort très rudimentaire. Peut convenir si vous prévoyez des vacances “camping” en bungalow. Cepandant le Staff est TRES TRES GENTIL :)

Les deux points positifs sont la situation sur la plage et la proximité de l'aéroport.Sinon un avion toutes les trois minutes qui décollent ou atterrissent, accalmie de 01h00 du matin à 06h00....juste sur le centre de vacances, situé en bout de piste.Salle de bain hors d'age, pas de pression d'eau, propreté plus que douteuse.

Из плюсов: хороший пляж, мало народу. Красиво садятся/взлетают самолёты. До аэропорта 20 минут пешком, пройти на параллельную дорогу можно там, где взлетают/садятся самолёты, там есть тропинка, рядом ещё светофор. Из минусов: в бунгало не ловит Вай-Фай, надо выходить на улицу. До ближайшего продуктового магазина, 20 минут пешком в сторону города, на кругу, где заправка. В ресторане пиццу готовят только вечером. В номере нет посуды. Шум от самолётов, но они ночью не летают. Одну ночь, играла громко музыка на дискотеке, закончили только в час ночи.

Not worth the price, and very old.
The hotel area outside was nice, but the room was very old. The tiles on the floor of the room and bathroom were stained and in a bad shape. The furniture was also in a bad shape. The toilet in the bathroom was not working properly and the water was running all the time. I do not recommend to stay in this hotel. The obly two good things: AC worked well and it was very closed to the beach.
