Is a nice remodel old room but with lot of humidity odor, even the towels (that needs an upgrade were smelling the first day). There is no parking available in the place as we were told and the area feels weird to walk around late at night. We parked 4 block away and paid $25 euros per night 😕 and the only day we left the car in the street we were told to be careful by other tourists for car theft.

It was very central to Catania city to see all the attractions close to the station and airport by car The host was amazing He helped us with everything we needed The pros The rooms are large very nicely decorated beautiful elegant old style with history but all the modern fittings and bathroom are all modern Breakfast is amazing and delivered in the room The only thing is if you are not able to take the stairs may not be the place to stay for you or if you are traveling with very heavy luggage Having said that the owner helped up with our luggage up and down the stairs So we were ok Overall enjoyed it and would highly recommend it

Like many have said, the outside look can be deceiving, but once you enter you find yourself in a clean boutique hotel style with an antique look. Very clean and Giuseppe and Laura very helpful with tips around the city and arranging car transport. Centrally located but in a quiet street. OMG the breakfast has unlimited options and impossible to finish it all. Highly recommend it!

Fantastisk service, snabba svar och god kommunikation via WhatsApp. Underbar frukost som serveras på rummet. Mycket trevlig personal/ägare på boendet. Väldigt tyst och rent rum med fräscht badrum. Läget var mycket bra, nära restauranger.

die Beschreibung Palazzo war deutlich übertrieben, da in einem Reihenhaus in der Altstadt eine Etage herausgeputzt war mit ordentlichen Zimmern, Frühstück wurde auf Bestellung in das Zimmer gebracht; der zuvor übersandte Zugangscode stimmte nicht, ansonsten war das Personal freundlich beim Empfang und Frühstück vorbeibringen,sonst haben wir es nicht gesehen. Da wir am Abreisetag um 7:15 Uhr das Haus verlassen wollten, hätten wir bei strömenden Regen 500 m in ein Café mit einem Voucher gehen müssen, um dort zu frühstücken – keine Möglichkeit, eine Espresso oder Ähnliches in B & B zu bekommen.

We actually walked to the property from the Catania bus station. This location is near bars, sex shop etc. I would it was unsafe but it also didn't feel very safe either because all the bars it's surrounded by. Outside of the property/street isn't super clean but it's Catania and most of the street were dirty. Inside the hotel was clean and super beautiful. The staff was super nice and helpful. Our AC seems to not work correctly.. so we got super hot at night..we stayed only one night so we just kinda dealt with it..

The exterior of the building looks more like an apartment building, but once you are inside the door of the hotel area, everything changes. My only complaint is about the outside, as there was a lot of trash out front. Inside everything was clean and the device was very good and well organized. This hotel is very close to a lot of things you can walk to. I recommend staying here.
