Very friendly and helpful staff. But don’t rely on the elevator. It was broken leaving us to climb several flights of stairs with luggage. I would not stay here again.

The room was ready when I arrived a little earlier than check-in time. The staff was very friendly. My room faced inward towards the courtyard so it was a little loud with dishes clanking late at night from a nearby restaurant, but I was so tired, I fell back asleep quickly. Breakfast was nice and it’s in a good location to walk to old town and visit the restaurant and park districts nearby.

The property is in a central location and next to a sweet park. The staff are very kind. It’s on a bus route to the airport which starts at 5:30 am. The property itself is older and needs a bit of tlc. But I’ve stayed in similar places. If you’re expecting an American style hotel. Nope. But a basic accommodation is what you will get. I was on the main floor for two evenings and while I’m not a light sleeper it could be noisy. I got some cheap earplugs and it was fine. My additional night stay I was on the floor above a much quieter experience.

Piccolo albergo al primo piano di un vecchio edificio del centro storico di Catania. Camere piccole e non troppo recenti, personale cortese ed efficiente, colazione minimal. Tutto sommato buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great location and nice basic hotel for a couple of nights. Staff are very helpful and polite. Breakfast is basic but enough. It does get a bit noisy in the evening as there seems to be a restaurant kitchen at the ground floor but if you go to bed after 11:00 PM it should be fine.

Hotel is up a level but there is a lift, however beware there is 5 or so steps to reach the lift if you have any mobility issues. Great breakfast (self service) with wide variety of sweet and savoury choices. The breakfast room staff are friendly, chatty and keep things clean and topped up. I was in a solo room, which was small but absolutely fine with a good shower/toilet en suite. A wee bit of noise as my room backed on to a courtyard occupied by other buildings, no problem though as I got a good sleep. Front of house staff were friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

No parking on property and if you leave the car on The street it may get robbed or hit. The stairs were small and the carpet look very dirty. Although the property states they have a a shuttle to the airport the reality is that they do not have one, they just simple ask people to take the public bus that stops 1 1/2. Lock from there. Very noisy since it is relight next to bars and restaurants so if you are a light sleeper then this may not be for you
