"They literally ghosted us. We ended up stranded up, knocking on the door for like an hour at night. They have no phone number listed anywhere. We had to ask around and talk to a hotels.com virtual assistant to eventually get a phone number. They didn’t see our booking and overbooked. They eventually got a friend to accommodate us for the night (a stranger picked us up in his car, scary but he turned out nice). But obviously it was very stressful and unprofessional. If we hadn’t been so diligent...

"This was a lovely hotel, the room was very spacious with a gorgeous high ceiling. The location was walking distance to the main sights and also Via Etnea, places to eat and supermarkets were near by. There isn't a lift in the hotel but it didn't take away how lovely the hotel was."
