「The room was in a very old building typical of Catania old town. You had to access thru a large gate from the street and then a key pad to the room which was also deadlocked. So very secure. Very quiet as well. The air con was excellent The plumbingwas clearlya ancientso a warm showerwas a challebut we did it in the end with hrlp from the staff, which was necessary as it was 30 degrees outside!」

「We loved this apartment. Location was excellent, right in the centre of all that is going on. We had such amazing attention and guidance from Nicola. The apartment was beautifully designed and was incredibly clean. It had a small kitchen area with everything you needed. Breakfast was delivered to our room and I just loved the pistachio croissant! We ate it out on the outside patio space. All in all it was a wonderful experience and we loved Catania city too.」

「The entry to the property consists of 2 flights of stairs in a shared stairwell that was smelly and dirty. Once you get to the bnb itself, it is nice and clean. Our check-in started out a little tense because the host didn't know when we were going to arrive. But, he made us coffee and was friendly overall. It's best to communicate through the app the time you expect to arrive, as check-in cannot be done remotely.」
