Fomos humilhados pela equipe despreparada.

Humilhante! Nunca fui tao mal atendida, com direito a humilhacao com plateia, como fui neste hotel! Dano moral, perda de tempo e stress que acabam com qualquer viagem de família. Fizemos check in as 15h30, e as 16h30 comecou a moviimentacao de funcionarios com campanhia tocando enquanto dava banho no meu filho de 4 anos, seguida por ligacoes perguntando meu nome e o nome do meu marido e filho. Fomos informados que nos deram a chave do quarto errado e que precisariamos trocar de quarto imediatamente pq o hospede certo estava aguardando. Em menos de 5min havia 2 funcionarias, 2 adultos e um bebe na porta do quarto aguardando e intimidando nossa saida imediata depois de mais de uma hora utilizando o quarto. Saimos, constrangidos e humilhados, do quarto. A justificativa era erro do sistema. Meu filho, sem entender nada queria saber porque tinha q trocar de quarto, na correria nossas roupas de um evento que iriamos em menos de 1h acabaram amassando e sujando. Sem explicacoes, sem perguntar se eu queria pagar a mais pelo quarto que eu ja estava usando, e sem uma equipe de limpeza para reestabelecer o quarto para a familia que entrou assim que passamos pela porta. Estragou nossa estadia, nossa viagem, e ainda nos fez chegar atrasados no evento familiar que nos reservar antecipadamente o hotel. As instalacoes podem ate ser boas, mas nao vale o risco de se passar por uma humilhacao e um stress como o que tivemos.

A atendente perguntou como iria ser pago a estadia que ja havia sido paga quando da reserva; teve que chsmar sua colega para verificar e confirmar; posteriormente o cartao de acesso ao quarto estava trocado, nao era o correto; o que só foi identificado ao tentarmos acessar o quarto, onde tivemos que retornar a recepção que esrava lotada.

O quarto é pequeno. O café da manhã não é la estas coisas. A fronha do travesseiro não era lisa. Sabonete somente liquido. Canais de tv minimos. Não sei se foi o lençol ou a coberta, mas meu nariz ficou entupido e foi dificil dormir.
