Melhor opção em Castro

O que mais valeu na estadia foi a cordialidade e atenção de todos da equipe do hotel. Extremamente simpáticos, educados e atenciosos. Quarto muito grande e confortável. Só estranhamos um pouco os travesseiros que eram muito baixos. Muito perto do museu e moinho de Castrolanda, região residencial muito bonita e tranquila.

Falta clareza na informação sobre o uso da piscina

Sempre vamos a Castrolanda e, decidimos conhecer esse hotel. Especialmente por causa da piscina, queríamos relaxar após o passeio ao guartela, porém, fomos informados que a piscina não está disponível aos hóspedes durante o dia, pois ela é terceirizada para aulas. Só poderíamos utilizá-la a noite, o que coincidia com o horário do restaurante. Essa foi uma grande insatisfação, nos sentimos enganados, pois, na reserva consta a disponibilidade da piscina, sem ressalvas. No mais o hotel é muito bom, o quarto era ótimo, o restaurante muito bom. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos os funcionários. O que nos decepcionou foi a falta de clareza no que nos foi oferecido.

O quarto silencioso e confortável

Excelente atendimento, com funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. o Café da manhã poderia ser melhorado (ex. os pedaços de presunto são contados muito grossos, poderia ter queijo cremoso para passar no pão, na mesa de cereais só tinha flocos açucarados, omelete sempre estava frio). O quarto é bem silencioso e o banheiro espaçoso com uma ducha muito boa.

Bom, mas precisa de ajustes de gestão

O hotel é charmoso, os quartos são amplos, a localização é edílica. No entanto, para o valor cobrado o serviço carece de profissionalização. Não há secador de cabelo nos quartos, e quando solicitado na recepção a resposta foi: outros hóspedes estão usando. Resposta não acolhedora e o serviço soando amador. No café da manhã, quando perguntei se poderiam fazer um ovo frito (pois sou celíaca e quase nada eu poderia comer do que havia no buffet) igualmente tive uma negativa pouco acolhedora e nenhuma manifestação de resolução da questão para agradar um hóspede. mais um detalhe que me pareceu não profissional pois não pensado nos hóspedes, foi que pela manhã, muito cedo, havia um barulho muito chato de máquinas de cortar/aparar grama. Fiquei pensando naqueles hóspedes que estavam ali de férias e o quanto aquele barulho, às 7h30, 8h da manhã era inoportuno, não dá pra entender como o hotel não tenha pensado o mesmo e programado o serviço para um horário mais tarde. Enfim, com pequenos ajustes este hotel seria uma agradável recomendação até para passeio com crianças, mas hoje acho que a relação custo benefício não tem saldo positivo.
