"The absolute most magical incredible place we have visited. I can’t properly express the beauty and incredible experience we received at Ladera. No photos or reviews will ever do it justice, you need to experience it for yourself. The rooms are absolutely BREATH TAKING. The staff is INCREDIBLE, so accommodating and ready to go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. It was such a unique experience we will never forget. We will dream about coming back soon. The open wall room is something you have to experience for yourself, this was truly a unique one of a kind experience. Thank you to our butlers Sedley and Rohan for making this an absolute dream stay for us. You both were such a huge part of making our stay perfect and going above and beyond. Thank you! We will be back"

"I would have given my stay 5 stars but the staff communicates poorly I believe it’s more front desk and house keeping our first day there I ask them to have a happy birthday surprise for my boyfriends birthday and it was not noted but was noted was all the excursions I had to pay for then once the decorations was given it was hours after I requested it and the house keeper excuse was she stopped cleaning that why she’s late had that been communicated I would have waiting longer out of the room for them to place the decorations. Overall nice property I felt like they were more on time with delivering our hotel bill the night before instead of the special things I asked them to do and it was no delay on the bill arrival. Good food nice staff just communication need to be better and listening to the guest."

"I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed at the Bay Gardens Hotel in June for our high school reunion class trip—a fun getaway to reconnect and create new memories. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The food, rooms, and entertainment were all excellent. I also loved that we could visit the other Bay Gardens properties simply by showing our wristbands, which made the experience even better. Overall, everyone in our group had an amazing time. I would definitely stay at Bay Gardens Hotel again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting St. Lucia."
