「View is amazing and property looks like pictures. Reasonable set up of room but no kitchen or restaurants in close distance. Wouldn’t recommend if don’t have access to vehicle」

First the front desk personal was unable to find my reservation, then I was told my room wasn't ready, it was 5:30pm. I just took a 4 1/2hr flight and 2hr car ride. Hotel check in starts at 3pm, I didn't understand how 2 1/2hrs later my room was still unavailable. I was told to sit in the lobby area and wait or I can go get a drink at the bar.
