The rooms could use a good deep clean of walls, doors and trims. The trim on floor in bathroom should be changed as it’s wet and molded. The beds were cleans, pillows were old and rock hard.

Basic accomodation at a decent price. Old school park in front of your room simply cannot be beat by remote parking spots and a hike-down-the-hall-and-up-the-elevator hotel. Surprisingly very little truck traffic at night on the hill in front of the place. Great bed. Strong WIFI. Our go to in Trail once or twice a year if just passing through overnight.

On the outside it looks like the style of a older motel. Unlocked the door, both myself and the driver were amazed how wonderful it was inside. So clean and well taken care of. Double queen bed in a very large room. The usual fridge, TV coffee maker with the fixing. Bed was so comfortable, it was easy to fall asleep. The bathroom was tiny. Loved the shower, so relaxing. Was greeted by a very nice and welcoming couple. Would be great for the summer months too as the have a large cordoned off are for Bbq and picnics.

Checking was very quick. Room was clean and parking right outside. Wifi worked very well. Weren't impressed with an ashtray right outside the door when it should have been further away.
