This is an older hotel but it is very clean and is kept up very well. As a bonus it has an indoor and outdoor pool. We would stay here again.

This motel is very well maintained and clean, both inside and out. Check in was very quick, and staff was very efficient. I would recommend this motel to friends and family.

Would definitely stay here again -- great service and value. Spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Hot tub and both indoor and outdoor pools that I didn't try. Lots of available parking and, like everything else in the small town of Trail, close to everything. My only complaint was the screaming kids in the pool as I was trying to enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub, but that's on the crappy parents and not on the hotel itself! It's not really walking distance to downtown but just a couple minutes drive. Overall, enjoyed our stay and will definitely book here again next time I am passing through town or making Trail/Rossland my weekend destination of choice.

The room was clean, spacious and the beds were very comfy. Don't care for the bathroom sink and vanity outside of the bathroom. Overall the room was fine. The service lacked a bit. The fellow who checked us in had zero people skills, no hello how are you today, he may as well have been a robot, all business which is fine but in the job he holds, if he has any personality he should show it. Perhaps selling tickets in the subway would suit his people skills better. After 8 pm there is no staff on the property so if you need something you're instructed to call the hotel down town. Huh? That's hilarious. Apparently the owners of the Glenwood also own the hotel downtown. We had a large group of teenagers standing outside of our room till 1:00 in the morning talking and laughing, loud at times but mostly annoying and disconcerting. Had there been staff on site we could have asked them to ask the kids to gather and chat away from the building. Oh well, they dispersed around 1:00 and it was fine. Would I stay there again, probably, there's nowhere else in town.

The pools were both great. The room was very large and exceptionally clean. The mattresses were the most comfortable we have found in smaller towns. My only "disappointment" was that the ice machine was behind the check in desk and they weren't open before we left for the day. We were there for a sporting event on water bottle preparation is essential 😆

Very nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds. We were on the 2nd floor and it seemed to be a party below us on the ground floor outside being very loud at midnight keeping me awake when I had to get up early to travel again. There seemed to be nobody on this property working to notice these things and when I called to complain I got another location and it took a while to deal with.

We arrived late and thankfully only had one night at this hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was nice, but the room was not up to acceptable cleaning standards. The bed skirts had dust on them, signifying that they had not been washed in some time. The bathtub had so much scum and film on it, we refused to shower there. Finally, the smell of the room was of body odour. We slept on top of the blankets and I barely slept, because I felt like my skin was crawling. I could not wait to get out of that room and we checked out super early the next morning.
