"Had to call reception because my neighbour decided to have a party from midnight to 3am. With the walls being paper thin it was like they were in my room music blasting. Indidnt care that they where enjoying, good for them but moving me to a different room wasnt an option "

Went for drink in bar and must say bar man could have bedn bit happier,served beer in a strange glass, which he changed after i requested different glass, his excuse was no clean glasses ?? It wasnt busy so not sure why no clean glasses ? Reception staff lovely and polite"

"Room was okay. Temperature control was ineffective in that it didn’t matter what temperature is was put too it just billowed out cold air, even when set to 26 degrees."

"Room was clean but very tired and in need of refurbishment. The shower ran cold intermittently. The gym was a bit messy and could have done with some water being available. Food was fine and staff were friendly. "
