"No where close to a 5 star resort. Food available very poor. Portion control mean. Often in the morning my coffee was in a cup no saucer. At dinner had to beg for second glass of wine. Not enough variety or places to have lunch. We will not go back. Room very good. Has a bungalow and shared pool. That’s good but service, choice and standards woefully short - 3 or 4 star at best"

Kos Town is around a 25 minute walk, or 10 minute taxi ride away for restaurants and bars. The hotel is surrounded mainly by fields, which makes it a nice retreat from the busy town.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, was perfect, peaceful and relaxing. It had multiple bars restraints and pools as-well as facilities such as quad bike rentals to visit local towns to break up the stay. Great rooms very spacious and modern however the mosquitoes do get in the room and bite however that’s not the hotels fault. Pool bars could offer more cocktails on the menu however when asked they do make to your choice which was very pleased with. I would agree with the 5 stars it’s rated would recommend and return, expensive but is the same price as other restaurants/ bars in Greece so wouldn’t let that detour you. Has everything you need 10/10"

"please be aware there are some rooms which have not been which have a beautiful sea view but are very dated. very clean & fully stocked mini bar but if you are a frequent Mitsis visitor you will be disappointed if you dont booked a renovated room - well worth paying extra. Reception & main restaurant - great food & drink choice but needs a refresh - restaurants are fabulous - we travelled with Son, daughter in law & daughter having 2 rooms & had an amazing week at the Summer palace - thank you for looking after us - we have recommended to family & will return :-)"
