「Booked a double room but got a room with 3 single beds. Not the end of the world but not what I booked. Beds were uncomfortable. Mattress was really thin, when you sat on it you were basically sat on the bed base and when you laid on the bed you could feel the springs in your back and side. 「It has 4 Start rating but unclear why it’s that high. Checking in, staff member didn’t seem particularly interested. Had to prompt guidance on how to get to my room. Dinner was fine. Nothing spectacular. Breakfast was fine. Rooms are dated, bed was way too soft. Probably old. All just pretty average and not 4 star.」
