「Die Austattung im Zimmer war hervoragend! Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig und qualitativ sehr gut. Die Liegen am Pool durfte man nicht länger als 20min verlassen, dann würden andere Hotelgäste die Liege bekommen und die Sachen an der LIege werden beim Mitarbeiter am Pool abgelegt. Das fanden wir sehr gut, nur wäre es auch toll wenn die Gäste nicht schon morgens um 07:00 alle Liegen reservieren würden um danach 1-2 Std frühstücken gehen oder weiterzuschlafen. 「A la llegada nos recibido una persona de recepción muy borde, alegando todo el rato que ella no trabajaba allí, que había tenido que ir a cubrir. Y debe ser que no le aprecia mucho! La llegada fue poco servicial, incluso poco amigable, después de unas horas de camino se agradece al menos una sonrisa después bienvenida!」

「We were given two rooms, both in unacceptable condition. There was visible mould, water damage, warped flooring, and even a footprint on the wall. One room had a broken countertop, and both smelled damp and unhealthy. We spent 90 minutes trying to resolve this, but the manager never appeared, and reception refused to provide their name. 「It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late.」

I immediately reported this to reception and requested a room change, but this was refused. Instead, I was told that a cleaner would attend the room. The cleaner was friendly and professional and changed the bedding in front of us, but she was unable to address the underlying issue.
