「Room was nice, clean and tidy, ideal location for visiting the Castle and Abby. Food was delicious and local beers on tap.Excellent service in the bar and restaurant. 「Entrance to the hotel difficult to find. Clean and friendly staff. Room was nothing like the ones advertised probably because we had our dog with us. Overall a pleasant stay. 」

「Great location for visiting Sandringham. Breakfast not included in room fee. My husband likes to read and write in morning. There was no desk in the room and no access to open areas in the facility. Being located “right next” to the road, with the bed on that wall, it was noisy. Double pained windows on that wall would help. 」

「Had to change rooms as stairs were very steep really struggled with them so me am my friend asked to be moved to a downstairs twin room none available but had a double available for which they wanted £90 on Top of the £65 we had already paid obviously we declined an went back to room I nearly fell downstairs as I’m disabled an use a stick my friend isn’t much better so we rang reception to ask if they could come up with a better price for double room and relented an charged us 45 but still think...

「We booked a standard room and were given a disabled room which was right next to reception. It was therefore quite loud and there was minimal soundproofing. There was also patio furniture outside the window so we had noise from both sides. The wet room bathroom was pretty nasty. We showered after using the pool after checking in which meant the whole floor was wet and the bath mat was soaked through. There wasn’t a squeegee or anything to get rid of the water. We hoped it would drain but….it...
