"I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

Room was stained carpet and I did not dare to look under sheets of bed for fear I wouldn’t sleep!! I’m appalled by the service here and quite honestly feel a refund is due!!! The breakfast was barely cooked and poor quality I left most of it and I would NEVER go back!!!"
