Si può fare di meglio...

Suite un po' deludente, ma pulitissima e abbastanza spaziosa. Doccia piccola, ma apprezzabili i due lavabi. Servizio al tavolo della cena e della colazione lentissimo, quindi armatevi di molta pazienza! Spa non completamente accessibile, perché si può usufruire solo delle due piscine, stanza del sale e docce emozionali.

Un oasi di verde e di pace, il Grand Hotel Presolana. Hotel molto confortevole e pulito che unito alla cortesia e disponibilità del personale rendono questo Hotel di altissimo livello! Consiglio vivamente in quanto ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo!

difficilmente ci tornerò

Sono arrivato in hotel alle 13.30 prima delle 14 (ora prevista per il check-in) alle 15 la Camera non era ancora pronta ...dopo ripetute lamentele con la reception alle 16.00 ci è stata data una Camera di appoggio eppoi alle 17 30 la nostra Camera...ci hanno spostato in un altra colonna dell'albergo e ci siamo portati le valigie da soli.. la nuova Camera era molto grande e pulita ma non aveva l'aria condizionata funzionante e la notte abbiamo dormito con le finestre aperte...dopo altre lamentele in reception mi hanno chiesto scusa per i disservizi vari che a loro dire erano stati causati dalle molte presenze in quei giorni. Unica nota lieta è stato il costo della Camera offerto da hotel.com

Tutto quasi perfetto solamente due cosine da migliorare: la mancanza dell'aria condizionata in camera (in un 4 stelle non è possibile) e la mattina per la colazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare in piedi quasi 10 minuti che apparecchiassero il tavolo. Per il resto tutto benissimo! Camera bellissima e spaziosa, bagno con doccia grandissima e doppio lavandino, terrazzino splendido!!

SETTIMANA RELAX E BENESSERE

Struttura molto curata, ottima posizione, facilmente raggiungibile e con ampio parcheggio gratuito all'interno. Al Check-in le receptionist sono molto cortesi, veloci e disponibili; la camera assegnata con terrazzo panoramico era ben arredata, molto pulita, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i servizi indicati. Eccellente la spa e la piscina riscaldata alla giusta temperatura. Colazione abbondante e con ampia scelta. Consigliato per una vacanza rilassante a pochi passi da sentieri e piste da sci.

Home from Home. Very welcoming and relaxing

António and all his staff are excellent hosts. Food is amazing and very good value. Very pretty and scenic location situated between two ski areas very handy if you are there to ski which I was. I look forward to my return.

I wished that the pool would be open longer. We arrived at 7pm just to find out it close and would open the next day at 2pm, so disappointed after a 4.5 hour drive not to have access to the pool

Poteva andare meglio

Ho soggiornato presso il vostro hotel con la mia famiglia e degli amici. L'hotel molto carino e anche le camere spaziose e pulite il personale molto gentile e competente. Nota di demerito per il ristorante in quanto un hotel quattro stelle non si può permettere una tale disorganizzazione, tempi di attesa imbarazzanti di 45 - 50 minuti per una pasta in bianco per le bambine. Anche la connessione Wi-Fi molto lenta al di sotto di una decente connessione.
