Staff incredibly polite and friendly, room was a generous size for a double, ensuite had good quality toiletries and towels. Impeccably clean and well presented . Great value and would definitely stay here again."

"The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. The price was decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Many hairs were found in the bedding. Also, upon getting in the shower and closing the door, you can see that the bottom of the shower door in the corner is covered in black mold. Had we not arrived in Salamanca so late at night, we would have packed up and left for another hotel."
