For sure not a 4 stars hotel. Confused and unprofessional staff and promised services not available for the most. Restaurant inside hotel very poor, breakfast good for a two stars hotels. Air conditioning impossible to stop from the room. Baby club only few hours for day and very questionable.

Soggiorno deludente

Esperienza molto deludente per la tariffa pagata. Struttura vecchia, stanza fredda scura e malodorante, piscina abbandonata a se stessa. Poltrone esterne rovinate rimaste agli anni 70. Le foto non rispecchiano la realtà. Palestra con attrezzi vecchi e cigolanti e con soffitto basso. La SPA inesistente. Solo la spiaggia carina. Sconsiglio fortemente.

Umoderne men med bra beliggenhet

Hotellet holder ikke hva det lover på sine hjemmesider, det er lenge siden dette hotellet var moderne og fresht, særlig hva gjelder soverommene og uteområdet. Her trengs betydelig oppgradering både innendørs og utendørs. Restaurant var relativt bra men noe treg service. Beste med hotellet var fine strandsenger ved Beach club’en, samt utrolig høflig og god service fra Michael i resepsjonen.

La struttura si presenta al meglio, curata nei dettagli, probabilmente meriterebbe una stella in più. Il personale è stato accogliente, preparato, disponibile, ci ha agevolato per una splendida cena sul mare in location super a poca distanza. Sicuramente da tornare!

La struttura è bella e curata, anche se non è nuova. Anche la Spa è molto bella. Le camere sonno belle, anche se alcune non hanno una bella vista. Unica pecca il Ristorante, caro rispetto al servizio e ai piatti offerti.

Soggiorno eccellente

Splendida struttura, dotata di tutti i comfort, a breve distanza dal mare, con stabilimento privato, attrezzato anche con bar e ristorante. Posto tranquillo, ottima cucina, piscina ben inserita nel complesso e completa di tutti i servizi, attivitá di intrattenimento per adulti e bambini e personale gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione. Peccato per la SPA, inagibile causa Covid. Consigliatissimo

Nice hotel, it was probably outstanding in the 1980s, the problem is that it has never been remodeled. It has some sort of vintage atmosphere which could be appreciated. Spacious rooms, good location.

A tail of two stories

Is a tale of two stories. Beach, Restaurant, Pool, everything on the front is as supposed for 4 stars hotel. Room, especially the room management is the other side of the story. Broken or not working things scatter everywhere - poor management of personal cleaning and maintaining the room. They come and barge in the room at odd times plus even when they are made aware of the fact you are 3 persons in a 3-5 occupancy room they prepare it each day for 2 only. Another issue is the shuttle between the hotel and the beach. It is supposed to show timely with a pause at noon. We ended up in 10 days 3 days waiting it both ways 30 minutes = 1 hour waiting time per day - annoying.

One of the worse hotel rooms we have ever booked. Bunked in a semi underground area, with outdated, poorly functioning furniture, an old bathroom with rusty fixtures, and very odd decor. I guess when we booked we saw pictures of different rooms which looked new and stylish but we got one of the scrap ones. Very disappointing!!

The rooms were horrible and the beds like a rock. Very few staff spoke English The bar staff was great but the place needs to hire more staff you can’t blame them when your food takes a hour to come out. The dining room staff attitudes were not great everyone had a attitude I think they are not used to Americans. Would not stay there again nor recommend it to Americans. The Con Eric’s was nasty and the front dedk staff needs to go back to school for manners.

vacanza di sport e relax immersi nella natura.

il mio giudizzio non è stato totalmente positivo solo per due motivi, il primo è, il non funzionamento della piscina idromassaggi nella spa per tutti i 7 giorni della mia permanenza. il secondo è stato la struttura e gli arredi un pò troppo datati dei nostri alloggi, ma in complesso tutti i restanti aspetti del soggiorno sono stati di buon livello.
