The hotel is not according to expectations at all

This hotel needs to update their pictures on the hotels.com website. It looked nothing like the pictures. It felt like we where staying at an institution or a hospital. The hall ways where dreadful, the elevators system made no sense and you could hear through the walls. There was no back yard, the breakfast was horrible. The hotels uses so much plastic, no thought has been taken into consideration when it comes to sustainability. Which is such a pity as they have such a precious island. The staff working during the breakfasts service where not on their toes, looked like they just wanted to go home and did the bare minimum.

Franchement decevant . Il y aurait de nombreux rafraichissements a effectuer . Les chambres mal insonorisees La salle d eau est defraichie avec des joints noirs et la ventilation ultra bruyante voir assourdissante Seule la vue mer "oblique" est appreciable sauf que la vue donne aussi sur un terrain et une piscine désaffectés Le parking est payant le petit dejeuner est correct

Hemo quedado solo una noche. Es un hotel viejo, se necesita reforma. La chica de recepción era muy amable, teníamos que salir a las 06:00h de la mañana y nos han preparado un pack de desayuno habia bastante cosas, zumos, Nutella, mermeladas, miel, fruta, croissant (de paquete), pan de tostado, agua…etc.

Très bon séjour

La personne à l’accueil était très gentille et agréable ! Nous avions une chambre vue mer et c’était magnifique ! La chambre 3 lits était très bien agencée (séparation). L’accès direct à la plage était vraiment bien et pratique.

Albergo semplice, con arredamento essenziale, personale molto cortese. Nella nostra stanza (305) la tapparella non si bloccava bene e in generale cattivo isolamento. Parcheggio a pagamento caro, costa meno nei parcheggi pubblici subito vicini, altrimenti ci sono anche posteggi gratis sempre nei parcheggi pubblici vicini. Posizione comoda e con accesso diretto alla spiaggia libera.

Staff sempre disponibile,gentile,simpatici . E’la seconda volta che veniamo in questa struttura , abbiamo prenotato la mezza pensione,si mangia ancora meglio. Cambio asciugamani e saponette tutti i giorni,pulizie impeccabili. Siamo stati bene ,ci ritorneremo . E’in una posizione strategica tra le spiaggie di Stintino e quelle della Gallura. Negozi,ristoranti nel paese . Lo splendido borgo di Castelsardo raggiungibile in 10 minuti .
