"The hotel is old and in desperate need of renovation. There is a permanent smell of cigarettes throughout the property so they really should implement the NON-SMOKING policy. It’s very unpleasant. The rooms are comfortable but again, old shower, old furniture etc."

"Our flight was delayed and our car rental fell through so we ended up taking a taxi from Bergamo. It was early hours of the morning when we arrived and Edin had waited for us on his own accord, checked us in and showed us to our beautiful room ! The room was clean and super comfy. The room had a lovely balcony overlooking the incredible terrain.The following morning Alessia organised a taxi for us to get to Brescia with no issues at all and she was extremely helpful and nice !
