Everyone at Grand hotel santa maria was so nice, friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay. the rooms were beautiful, our balcony was so nice, the breakfast was delicious, and it was so close to the cute town. We had a lovely vacation.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Santa Maria! The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and close to everything we needed. The staff were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere felt cozy and inviting. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the property. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Good hotel ruined by the staff.

Gate to hotel locked at 11:00 pm & no warning so had to wait 45 minutes while the night manager discovered there was another gate he could open from reception to allow us access. He had not been trained. Service in the restaurant at breakfast was non existant. Staff just ignored you & no one asked if we wanted beverages. We had to go and grab them to get served. A hotel that is run by an obviously incompetent Manager

Renovated hotel, superior service in restaurants (espacialy Donna Elisa rest 5 star hotel service) and everywere, they have very good food, sunset, terrasse, and amazing lounge music in all bars and rest. Room view on magnificiant beach (water sand). Near amazing little town with stores, rest., boardwalk, etc 10 min walk. We arrived at hotel by bus 20 min walk in a besutiful town (easy)

Per prima cosa é la terza volta che andiamo al grand hotel santa maria,penso che ho accumulato 10 notti ?la prossima dovrei avere una notte gratis? questultimo soggiorno molto bene camera bellissima,pulizia bene bar in camera un po caro come un po tutto piu caro.la spiaggia 20e al giorno il parcheggio 10 anche gli asciugamani 2 euro al giorno comunque siamo contenti e speriamo di tornare l`ánno prossimo. Migliori saluti

Bella location direttamente sul mare a pochi passi dal centro di Santa Maria. Staff gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo prenotato una camera standard ma ci hanno assegnato, con nostra sorpresa, una junior sweet di 2 categorie superiori. Che dire: pienamente soddisfatti. Parcheggio e lettini in spiaggia sono a pagamento.

Il migliore hotel che si trovi a Santa Maria,comfort,servizi efficienti,super pulito,ottima cucina,camere comode e belle a picco su un favoloso mare del cilento,servizio di ascensore per tutta la struttura e perfino la discesa a mare,colazione c'e' di tutto e a buffet che sembra quasi un pranzo,con una passeggiata tramite spiaggia di 5 minuti siete al centro di Santa Maria. Non mi dilungo ma vi garantisco che ci ritornero'.A dimenticavo uno staff eccezionale dalla hall al servizio spiaggia.

un hotel dalle mille sorprese

Un hotel sulla spiaggia e su un mare splendido. E' molto confortevole, pulito ed il personale gentile, sempre disponibile e molto discreto. La camera mi ha molto sorpreso per le dimensioni, erano superiori rispetto a quelle indicate sulle caratteristiche, e tutto molto confortevole. Nonostante a picco sulla spiaggia, è a ridosso del costone che scende fino al mare, offre un parcheggio per i suoi ospiti e la sorpresa è stata che è a ridosso del paese, anche se non risente della vicinanza, dista appena un centinaio di metri passando per la spiaggia su una romantica passerella di legno. Santa Maria di Castellabate è molto piccola ma tanto piacevole ed offre innumerevoli locali dove passare piacevoli serate. Un Hotel dove passare una vacanza o un piccolo soggiorno in tutta tranquillità pieno di comfort.
