We loved everything about the comfortable and spotless room, the amazing and eclectic paintings/art throughout the building, a safe place to store our bikes, and being made to feel very, very welcome by our lovely hosts, Lavinia and her colleague. They took good care of us, like we were family, providing safety advice, an umbrella for the torrent of rain, and insight to life in Figueres. Plus, I know we got an upgrade in our room without asking for one. Thank you, Lavinia. You are very sweet. Our memories of Figueres is about a lovely place, but most importantly the kind people we met while there. PS. The construction on the street outside the builiding was only a very minor inconvenience of trying to find the crosswalk areas from one side to the other. Noise was not an issue for us."
