I had a relaxing stay. I was in the area for work, the hotel had everything I needed. The restaurant was ok, I had the meat tasting and it was average. Otherwise the hotel is adequate. The staff was very friendly and helpful the pool area was nice as was the dining area. The bathroom in the room was great, nice large rain tree shower, very clean.

Very helpfull and utterly kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accomodations. There is a huge swimming pool and a warm one. Nature does the rest: the lake and surroundings are spectacular with many possible activities. Perhaps some options are a bit overpriced.

Una spiacevole Avventura notturna

Non appena arrivato in serata nel Lodge il condizionatore non funzionava e usciva aria fredda e Il telecomando non funzionava . Lo scarico del bagno non funzionava . Chiamato più volte la reception ci mandava un tecnico che viste le difficoltà in nottata ci ha fatto spostare dal Lodge 69 a quello 70 , tutto questo avvenuto dopo la mezzanotte. Se si effettuano i dovuti controlli prima di assegnare i Lodge tutto questo poteva essere evitato. Tutto è stato una spiacevole avventura.

Un'esperienza rigenerante! Struttura ottima, giro in bici divertente e servizio in camera e cibo più che ottimi! Colazione davvero abbondante e fantastica. Lodge da sogno e tranquillo. In primis ho contattato più volte la struttura per ricevere maggiori informazioni riguardanti l’ubicazione e i pacchetti per i vari trattamenti da poter effettuare nel resort sia tramite booking,che expedia. ho anche chiamanto più volte telefonicamente, inviato messaggi whatsapp e alla segreteria telefonica senza riuscire ad avere mai una risposta!!! il complesso é situato in un posto incantevole,piscina e lago stupendi,peccato che la struttura non sia valorizzata al massimo, google maps ci ha indicato una strada che si fa difficoltà anche a chiamarla con questo nome,bisognava passare in una strada stretta e non asfaltata fatta praticamente di sole terre agricole,una volta arrivati non c’era nessun tipo di indicazione bisognava camminare e camminare nel fango, una volta arrivati ci é stato comunicato che google maps doveva essere aggiornato in quanto l’entrata era un’altra!. La camera é molto spaziosa ma purtroppo mal messa,porte rotte,pezzi mancanti di servizi sanitari,il piccolo terrazzino sporco,pieno di foglie e con una sola e misera sedia senza tavolini o almeno due sedie....Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio spa anch’esso da migliorare!Il personale abbastanza qualificato ma in particolar modo il personale della reception non interagisce con gli ospiti sembra quasi di dare fastidio!Il ristorante e il cibo ottimi!la pizza da provare assolutamente!In generale vorrei suggerire alla struttura di valorizzare le proprie opportunità e di migliorarle!

Bellissima struttura gestita malissimo. Un paradiso, se nn fosse sporchissimo, a partire dall’acqua della piscina dove nn si vede il fondo. Balconi delle camere sul lago con foglie secche e sdraie che nn vengono pulite da almeno un mese. Personale in affanno perchè chiaramente troppo pochi per una struttura del genere. Si paga come il grand Hotel, il servizio è da ostello.

Sono rimasto molto deluso poiché sono andato altre volte in questo resort e non era in queste condizioni: lodge non al top della pulizia, prese della corrente staccate dal muro, mobili senza pomelli, servizio navetta lentissimo (abbiamo anche atteso un’ora dalla chiamata, assurdo)...abbiamo avuto anche un problema con l’acqua, ma in compenso ci hanno offerto una pizza (buona)...colazione sufficiente (cornetti buonissimi)! In sintesi non so se tornerò più, peccato per il potenziale della struttura che regala un luogo in cui regna la pace!

Ho soggiornato nel lodge vista lago e nel complesso l'esperienza è stata positiva. Lodge confortevole e molto carino con aria condizionata e camino elettrico. Bella struttura, in estate ci sono sicuramente più attività da svolgere. Ottimo anche il cibo del ristorante/pizzeria del Resort, buona anche la colazione con ampia scelta.

Nice Resort from the inside of the complex. Several nice lakes, big pool. Very nice staff. Very nice restaurant. Nice Spa. Local area just outside of the complex..not so nice.

Totalmente orribile

Per il costo cha ha non dovrebbe avere formiche e altri insetti in una stanza che di confort ne ha solo nel nome; piscina che apre alle 10 ( nemmeno il piu grande acquapark apre a quell ora) e la si trova in condizioni orribili, sporchissima, piena di foglie e insetti; struttura totalemte carente e malfunzionante con la possibilità di pranzo o cena al costo di 25 euro a persona che comprende un primo e un secondo, frutta e dolce e acqua sono miraggi; abbiamo chiesto di visitare la sezione equitazione, dopo aver avvisato il maneggio tramite la reception che saremmo arrivati di li a pochi minuti con un bambino di 1anno e 5 mesi ci accompagnano e ci lasciano fuori a un appezzamento di terreno con erba alta almeno 40/50 cm da attraversare a piedi, arriviamo senza non poche difficolta pressocchè all ingresso di questo pseudomaneggio ma non notiamo nessuno del personale ma notiamo solo all interno due cani di grossa taglia ( a vista sembravano pittbull) liberi appartenenti alla struttura il che ci fa desistere e tornare indietro ma i cani allertati della nostra presenza iniziano a correre nella nostra direzione e noi siamo stati costretti a scappare e a metterci al riparo in un lodge che era nelle vicinanze sul lago e ripeto stavamo con un bimbo di poco piu di 1 anno. La struttura è adibita anche all ingresso di cani, nulla in contrario ma non si puo stare a bordo piscina e vedere cani che fanno i loro bisogni ovunque . Esperienza unicamente orribile.

Fantastico Lodge, natura e relax

Abbiamo soggiornato nel lodge sul lago, davvero carino. Relax, tranquillità e natura. L'Ecoparco è immenso, ci sono piscine, giochi per bambini, canoe, pedalò, biciclette...Potrebbe forse essere tenuto un po' meglio ma immagino che con una struttura così grande non è facile. Il pezzo forte però sono i lodge sul lago, esperienza unica. Staff cortese e disponibile. Unica cosa negativa: il bagno piccolo e un po' vecchio, non da un 4 stelle. Buono il ristorante, ottima la pizza. Poca chiarezza solo per il letto aggiunto (non ho ancora capito se da parte della struttura o da parte della prenotazione fatta on-line, fatto sta che ci hanno fatto pagare 50€ in più)

Siamo stati molto bene in questo resort...immerso nell'Ecoparco del Mediterraneo . Entrando si possono fare molteplici attività e sono tutte comprese: canoa e biciclette , parcheggio , piscina , colazione ...siamo stati bene ... CI ritorneremo sicuramente

Posto carino per coppie e famiglie

Il resort ha la comodità di stare vicino al lago. Per un'esperienza di coppia mi sento di consigliare i lodge che necessitano di una prenotazione con largo anticipo. Le camere vicino alla piscina risultano abbastanza confortevoli. Ottima la cordialità del personale. Buona la cucina del ristorante anche se cara per la qualità offerta. Ottima l'alternativa della pizza. È possibile prendere in libertà le bici anche se sono in numero esiguo rispetto al numero di ospiti del resort. Nota fortemente negativa è la presenza di piccole discariche abusive nel girolago. Situazioni sgradevoli a chi fa una scelta di immergersi nella natura. Condizione che non appartiene al resort ma tutti gli operatori della zona dovrebbero concordare per un'azione unica e condivisa per evitare situazioni simili. Giudizio nel complesso positivo.
