A Very Unique Stay!

Our stay was probably one of the most "interesting" of our 2 month trip to Europe. It is Off Season so we had the entire place to ourselves. Lots to explore on-site with some really cool and scary nooks and crannies. There were keys left in almost every door so we could peek inside and check things out. So much fun exploring! On the down side, although they advertise a "breakfast" there was noon. We made the best of it because we had the whole kitchen to ourselves!!! We figured out how to make our coffee and bought treats from the local pastry shop to start the day. Quite the unique stay and we'd probably do it again!!!

Ensure you get what your booking.

We had booked a three bedroom apartment with air conditioning and internet. We got a house that had a common kitchen and living area and three seperate rooms. There was no air conditioning or internet. There were spider webs in bathroom and unrecognisable mirrors. Breakfast ok, but they didnt speak english so we couldnt communicate at all. Pool nicee and warm. area ok.

Beautiful country Italian estate

This hotel is an experience that is rarely found. Great stone walls with 12-14 foot ceilings; rooms filled with antique furnishings. Italian tiled baths; the buildings surrounded by trees and beautiful gardens. Close to Orvieto, Civita de Bagnoregio, and multiple wineries. Very pleasant staff Make the reservation!

What a perfect place

We have been coming to this area for all my life and long before that (about 50 years). We have stayed in multiple places, rented apartments and stayed at hotels. This year my fiancée wanted something new and a bit special. So I started looking. I found this amazing place that understates how amazing it is in their summary. It is about a 15 min drive to Lago di Bolesna (the beaches of San Lorenzo Nuovo or Grotte di Castro) and it has a great pool. The rooms are very cool due to the height of the ceilings and the great winds in the afternoon. The rooms are decorated with very classical furniture and are kept very clean. The bathroom we had was very big and was also perfectly maintained. Breakfast was very loving. Fresh cake everymorning, great dolce, good coffee and local fruit. There was also a shared kitchen although we didn‘t really use it (except for the fridge). All in all it was a perfect stay and we plan on returning every year!

La descrizione dei servizi offerti in camera non corrisponde alla realtà: non ho trovato accessori per te e caffè, no accappatoi, nemmeno una sedia per appoggiare un bagaglio, non uno specchio in camera, colazione sufficiente. silenzio assoluto in mezzo alla natura

posto bello. nostra camera normale ma ne ho viste veramente di particolari nelle foto. piscina pulita ma dalle 18.30 all'ombra. piatyo doccia con dentro alcuni insetti morti ma per il resto pulizia camera ok. colazione ko con fette biscottate e dolcetti che sapevano di vecchio perche tenute all'aperto almeno dal giorno prima. personale gentile e disponibile.
