"What a great camping site. We stayed there 4 nights and were impressed with our accommodation and the site. It had lots of amenities and the pool was a nice refresh after being in the hot sun. It's also in a fab location for exploring the local area."

Renovated ancient structures, with comfy rooms overlooking the gorgeous valley below. Sabrina, the owner, was attentive and pleasant and cooked our meals even though the kitchen had officially closed for the season. We used it as a stop between Milan and Florence, and the drive to Firenze through mountainous back roads was another highlight. Waking up to the view is forever etched in our minds

Beautiful location to breath the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful location, delicious food, and welcoming staff. Was a “layover” for me on a business trip but hope to return someday with my wife.

Arriving way ahead of check in time in a downpour with wet bicycles we were graciously greeted by the owner of this charming old hotel. He allowed us to have our room immediately and it was perched on the corner with two windows looking out at the old clock tower and the roofs of the town. This man made our stay so pleasant by his warmth and enthusiasm for his special town. He told us what to visit and lent us an umbrella and made us a delicious dinner. I had a great stay at the Grand Hotel Terme! I don’t know where to start but the staff was very professional and helpful, dined once and the service was amazing. The restaurant staff was very attentive to remember and provide me with what I asked the day before on the consecutive days of my stay. This was work related trip but will definitely be ion my leisure travel route next time I will be in Italy! And can I have the receipe for the ace juice? 😆

Our room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing! We ended up staying a second night. As a result of this stay, we made a point to stay in another PHI later in our trip.
The staff was great and went above and beyond.

Incredible grounds and facilities!
The staff was wonderful, so warm, helpful and professional!!
The breakfast, and restaurants were fantastic.
We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. Honestly, I wish we could have had more time there, but our itinerary was already established.
Honestly, can’t recommend highly enough!

The appartment was very clean. Staff was very friendly. You can enjoy the nature
I suggest to rent a car, and do not take to much luggage because you have to climb stairs.

We really enjoyed staying here. We wanted the Tuscany area without being in a big city. It was beautiful and we drove to some nearby villages that had the beautiful countryside rolling hills with cypress trees that are known in the Tuscany area.
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The chef that prepared our private dinner was so nice and the meal was wonderful. She also prepared the breakfast meals. The hotub was nice but wasn't hot just warm. The pool was nice and heated and we stayed in...

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with a great pizzeria close by. Nevertheless the tour buses took over the breakfast area what made the area overcrowded and noisy. Many of entre plates where empty due to the shear volume of the tour guests been catered.
