「The initial communication from the host was good and a late check-in service was provided. I could give a five star review if a correct reserved room was provided. We booked a large room for a family of 4. However an attic room for 2 persons (only have one bed) was provided. It's too late, unable to contact the host to make a change.」

「We had to make a last minute change to this property from one we had in San Gimignano, and we are delighted that it worked out that way. The property is super relaxing and the staff made our stay memorable. 「The property is not as advertised. It is not an individual stand alone home where you have an entire house to yourself. They have a confusing description. It is either an apartment or an entire home. It can’t be both They need to get their description corrected. It is also not a classic apartment. It is an old horse stable covered into multiple apartments. The apartment in the picture was not the apartment offered. On the listing it only lists one place available, but upon arrival we were not...

「It was very inconvenient to get to the hotel because cars couldn’t get there being very narrow with the road. Reception was excellent, the room was very spacious. The shower was weak. The worst was the breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The hard boiled eggs were cold, taken out of the freezer and 2-3 days old where the yolks were very dark green. Yuck. All the pastries and pound cakes were not fresh and hard. Nothing is fresh and they charge you for the juices. Bad experience....

「Camere nuovissime e tenute benissimo, tutto pulito, ci hanno fatto trovare anche due bottigliette di acqua, camera davvero ampia, con una cucina a disposizione con te, caffè tisane. Abbiamo cenato nel ristorante del marito di Jessica, la proprietaria, abbiamo mangiato bene e gli ospiti hanno diritto ad uno sconto, comodo il bar di fianco per fare la colazione, in fondo alla via ci sono dei parcheggi liberi.」

「Chiara, the receptionist was outstanding, helpful , with any request . There was a problem with the fridge in the room. Upon notifying her, she immediately offered other rooms . Hotel is slightly out of the way , but practically minutes away from center . The continental breakfast was nice. Service was great .」
