Prima volta in questo posto e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Animazione molto bella e coinvolgente, cibo buono e abbondante, la struttura è ben pulita e molto curata ed è ben organizzata nonostante il numero notevole di persone. Consigliatissimo!!

I ragazzi dell'animazione sono il pilastro portante del villaggio eccellente immerso nel nulla. Sempre in attivita', instancabili, coinvolgenti con discrezione. Bravissimi tutti , ma in particolare Alessio, Riccardo, Jordi Gianluca Abbondanza, la ragazza cantante e l'instancabile Tecnico del suono e Peppiniello. Pulizia, cortesia di tutto il personale, qualità e quantità del cibo, eccelenti i servizi offerti da quelli inerenti lo sport e la piscina a quelli della bellissima spiaggia pulita e molto ordinata. Sempre attenti, disponibili e cordiali i bagnini come tutto il personale, nessuno escluso. Punti critici: il parcheggio assolato, le sale ristorazione troppo grandi e chiassose. Si potrebbe migliorare il check-in.

Bellissimo Villaggio

Questo è il primo villaggio Bluserena che frequento e la mia esperienza è stata più che positiva. Il villaggio è bellissimo e molto pulito, direttamente sul mare anche se gli alloggi più lontani distano dalla spiaggia varie centinaia di metri, ma c'è un servizio navetta gratuito con passaggio costante dalla mattina fino alle 19. E' presente una piscina anche se non molto grande considerato il numero di clienti che la struttura può ospitare (circa 1600). Sono presenti due bar, uno nella piazza centrale e uno direttamente sulla spiaggia, in questa possiamo trovare per ogni unità abitativa un ombrellone con lettino e sdraio, purtroppo se si vuole un lettino al posto della sdraio si deve pagare un supplemento di 7€ al giorno perché è considerato un extra, cosa che però non mi è piaciuta. In spiaggia sono a disposizione dei clienti pedalò, canoe doppie o singole, SUP, windsurf e barche a vela. I costi sono troppo elevati se si vuole ospitare un amico per una giornata, infatti oltre le 2 ore si paga 12€ e ogni pasto ha il costo di 35€ Tutto il personale è molto cortese e sempre disponibile e l'animazione è perfetta, molti di loro dei veri artisti nel canto o nel ballo.

Good location but not well managed

I found new management this year No supervision in any dept.dining room clean our own table while employees were on cellular and mgr standing in 5 square feet from kitchen door,Pool allowed tens of baby with diapers while kids pool was used only by a few ,when i reported to person in charge of the entertainment he told me i was wrong (Mr NEVER say to customer that he was wrong you have nothing to gain and told me PREZZO/PRODOTTO which means what we pay is what we get great answer,i asked to speak with the director at his/her time schedule which was granted at 5 pm on friday when i went i was told she wasnt available(Why she choose the time that wasnt available)i spoke with her assistent which told me the entertainment person was wrong,and regarding baby in pool he said i should tell the pool guards i told him they see and i said im sure yourself see no one can miss that babies crowd he said he will take care well i just waist my time he NEVER apologized once he sent a server over that night with a bottle of one i didnt need it was better an apology from himself, dining mgr which never enter a dining room and the chief of entertainment that told me i was wrong and he had alots of experience in those resorts not like me that i was at Bluserena 3 times FYI i spent all my life in restaurant business and i owned 2 restaurant in NYC( Manhattan)so i know what im talking about Mr Director,rest.Mgr.and chief entertainment ! maybe one day health issue will come up they will learn
