"The property is in an excellent location—just a short walk to the Citadel and only a few blocks from the Halifax boardwalk. The boardwalk is a must‑see both during the day and after sunset, with plenty of great restaurants and casual spots to eat. The walk from the hotel down to the boardwalk is easy, but be ready for an uphill return. You’ll find many pubs and dining options along the way, which makes the stroll enjoyable. The hotel rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. They made our stay even better by replenishing complimentary snacks every day, including baked and traditional chips, cookies, nutrition bars, pretzels, sodas, fruit juices, and bottled water. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a solid variety and great food quality. Service was consistently warm, and the staff refreshed our room daily while we were out exploring Halifax and the surrounding areas. In short, thank you for making our stay in Halifax truly enjoyable."

"Staff were so pleasure and always ready to help with most times asking you if you needed assistance. The room was very clean. The weigh room is amazing not what you usually expect from a hotel. The Private Bar is also a great experience."
