「Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again.」

「Very near the railway station and nice staff. The staff let us settle down those luggage in the room before they clean the room. These are the only GOOD things I can mention. The others are average or slightly below average. I chose it because I only stayed one night before I left by railway and it is really convenient to walk the station, so I sacrifice somethings.」

「If you are traveling with a car, this hotel would be a great one for visiting Milan/Southern Switzerland. Everything is perfect, it looks like newly renovated with spacious rooms. We arrived the hotel very late, around 9:30pm, while the restaurant still opens and the quality of food is good. We will definitely visit again.」

「Skønt sted! Vi fejrede nytår her og var her kun én nat. Men vi vil utrolig gerne besøge stedet igen og opleve det om sommeren. Stedet er som et slot dog med nye faciliteter som gør oplevelsen helt fantastisk!
Der er ikke så mange værelser, så man følger sig taget godt imod af Ariana og de andre medarbejdere, som sørger for fin morgenmad og hvad man ellers kan ønske. Køleskab og dejligt badeværelse, og indretningen føles autentisk.」

「Abbiamo prenotato nel mese di settembre, la stanza molto comoda, pulita, con tutto il necessario per renderla accogliente, con vista al lago, stupenda. Il personale di una disponibilità ed amabilità incredibile. La colazione completa: frutta, dolci, formaggi, a chi piace una colazione salata molto assortita.
