Personale assolutamente professionale e disponibile. Struttura in un periodo di transizione ma ragazzi è un albergo serio serio serio. Camere grandi, belle, tutti i servizi, asciugamani nuovi ogni giorno con pulizia camera e letti. Bello bello, avrei preferito solo che il bar fosse aperto per più tempo ma mi rendo conto che il periodo di scarsa affluenza tolgono il senso dell'apertura notturna.

The only good thing about this property was it was within reasonable costs but everything else was more or less terrible - old property, very limited to no transportation facilities, they don’t provide you with water in your room after your first night of stay, PATHETIC WiFi, room service provided us with torn towels - it is a huge and massive hotel but empty so it almost feels haunted. Extremely disappointed with this stay!

Parece un centro comercial abandonado. Apagado. Sin luz en los pasillos. Viejo. Ademas de encontrame una Araña de importantes dimensiones, supongo que por causa del poco uso y poca rotacion de las habitaciones.

Struttura imponente e di effetto ma parecchio decentrata e ormai datata. Le camere sono dislocate a parecchia distanza dalla hall e necessitano di manutenzione. Il personale della reception si è mostrato poco attento, a parte essere sempre in un'altra stanza piuttosto che al front office, hanno sbagliato l'assegnazione della camera (avevo chiesto matrimoniale e ho avuto twin), poi non so da dove avevano estrapolato che io avessi fatto richiesta di camera per disabili (!?). Alla fine mi hanno cambiato la stanza ed era senza maniglia interna, senza batterie nel telecomando della tv, il quadro dell'AC mezzo mancante...Ho fatto presente la cosa e hanno prontamente risolto. E' andata meglio con il personale della ristorazione. Abbiamo partecipato ad un congresso e in sala non si manteneva la giusta temperatura: o si ghiacciava o faceva troppo caldo. Non fosse che si è trattato di una scelta obbligata, posso dire che c'è davvero molto di meglio a prezzi inferiori. Eppure basterebbe un po'di attenzione per migliorare tanti piccoli aspetti che in un hotel della catena Marriott non dovrebbero essere certo trascurati.
