We arrived late on a Monday to find that it wasn’t the apartment that we’d actually booked on Expedia - it didn’t bear even a close resemblance - however we thought best make do and then speak to the agent the following day. Unfortunately by that point we’d found a seemingly endless list of snagging points including leaking...
