「The property is now under new ownership and it’s so upsetting because the views are absolutely breathtaking but housekeeping is only done upon request and even when you request it they leave the room service dishes in the middle of the table and do t replace your towels. We had to arrange our own taxis and handle our own luggage. This property has a long way to go in the hospitality industry if they’re going to succeed!」

「Fantastic all around experience. The rooms were beautiful and clean and this unique mix of rustic modern Italian styling. Located right in the heart of the old city made it very easy to walk everywhere. The service was fantastic, I was able to message the team and within a minute I got the help and had my questions answered. I’d definitely stay there again.」

「Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

「The best experience staying within the walls! Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Filled with so much charm. Breakfast was perfect. We rented a car and were given permission to drive into the town to get our bags into the room. Parking was easy to find outside the walls and the walk back to the room was 5-8 minutes.」
