「Nice and quiet place to stay」

「The property was undeniably beautiful and spacious, but the pre-arrival process was a disaster. I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. A search for "Global Luxury Suites, Reston VA" revealed it didn't exist. I received...

「Was visiting for a business meeting close by. The rental apartment was VERU clean and well maintained. Excellent communications - easy to check in, and smooth check-in & check-out procedures. Highly recommend this property... 」

「Very nice clean apartment in a safe neighborhood, close to the metro. Only a few little issues the Internet didn't work, there were no measuring cups, and there was not enough toilet paper for the whole week that we stayed there.」

Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL....

「The apartment is in a great location and has spectacular views. It is well maintained and the staff at the apartment complex are kin and helpful. There is 4 hour meter parking locally as well as garages if needed and you can walk to the Metro and just about anything you need. 」

「It was nice staying, but it could be better to have curtains in the bedroom. It is too bright at night since other buildings are too close. And the blinds in the living room doesn’t not work properly. 」
