「Staff in the cafeteria (-1 level) is very helpful. He helped me heat up my dinner. Since the hotel is situated remotely, I purchased two cold meals at Carrefour express before checking in.
The hotel provides water machines, this is very convenient and helpful.」

「My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's a four-star hotel, about 7 kilometers from MXP airport, and the price was attractive, but there are no commercial facilities nearby. It would be inconvenient to get around without a car. The room facilities were clean and acceptable. We would like to commend the front desk staff; they were very friendly and welcoming.」

「The room is clean. I like how a shuttle can be arranged (5euro per person). However, water is charged in the room which is not an expected situation as the price range of this hotel is not a cheap one.
The shower floor is extremely slippery, especially after using hair conditioner. It is dangerous for elders and children as there isn’t any mat or handles.
For the day we check in, we took the free bus from airport and walk a long path that is not friendly for large luggage.

「I chose this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to MXP airport. There are also supermarkets and restaurants about 1 kilometer away, and it's close to the town center. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.」
