「O hotel tem boas condições, moderno, quarto confortável e um bom espaço de spa. Contudo notamos algumas falhas ao nível do serviço destacando-se: banho turco por duas vezes desligado, filas demoradas para o pequeno almoço e número de máquinas de café/capuccino insuficientes para o número de hóspedes o que levava a uma grande demora; o ar condicionado do quarto só funcionava para o frio. De destacar, também, que na última noite a limpeza feita no quarto foi feita “a despachar”, a cama estava toda...

「We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was nice and clean and had one of the most comfortable beds I've stayed in at a hotel. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of choice. Parking is underground and free but not for the faint of heart or anyone with a bigger car as its very narrow. We parked in the street one day but it was fine. My only negative is that we didn't find the staff very attentive. They would usually only speak when spoken to first and didn't seem to want to help with...

「Hôtel de 6 étages et un seul petit ascenseur très long avec un codage carte. Donc a chaque fois que vous sortez de la chambre elle aussi codée avec la même carte vous coupez le courant et rien ne peut se recharger ou fonctionner. Pour bien faire il faudrait 2 cartes ! Sinon en couple si l'un sort, l'autre reste sans courant ... La sécurité oui mais trop de sécurité annule l'effet voulu ... Sinon belle chambre fonctionnelle et calme. Le petit déjeuners est excellent.」
