「It is located at a safe area of the city. The room is of very decent size. Wide selection of food in breakfast. Offers customers two free bottles of water a day. However, nobody opened the door for us after we got out of taxi or offered to help with our luggage until we reached the check-in counter. The hotel and the facilities are also a bit aged. It is a pretty good hotel, but it doesn’t quite match the typical Ritz Carlton standard.」

「Wonderful hotel and experience. I had a córner room with great light. Just the right size. Good shower and bathroom. Very attentive service. Wonderful spaces around the lobby for informal meetings, quiet work or reading. The bar is a bit small, but offers service also on the terrace outside. The restaurant Amandine has a great reputation with my Chilean friends and clients. But I did not try it. 」

「The swimming pool was a disappointment to me. It is located at ground level next to the entrance. It opens into the bar area. Maybe ideal for pool parties and such like but not for a business traveller like me. Having said that I saw no-one using it when I was there. Gym was ok on level 2 - not same level as pool and not connected. But the hotel itself is modern, clean and very good」
