Staff was very helpful, I am disabled and they helped a lot , Better than the high rises in Santiago. At modest price . In the center of wine country. Rooms were a bit more traditional. Food and breakfast good .

Overall, very nice stay. The loft was spacious and furnished nicely. Property was clean, and staff were very friendly. It was a bit of a hike to any of the major sites, but Valparaiso is very hilly.
