卡薩布蘭卡禁煙飯店，旅行前必看！

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」

「Excellent emplacement et service très agréable ; l’équipe est très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est agréable, un peu identique à ce qui peut se faire ailleurs, manque la petite touche Marocaine. Reste malgré tout des petits points d’amélioration concernant les équipements des chambres, mais elles demeurent d’un bon niveau. 」

「Mon séjour à l'hôtel a été dans l'ensemble agréable. L'établissement est propre et confortable, offrant un environnement accueillant pour ma famille et moi. Cependant, je dois souligner quelques points qui pourraient être améliorés. Le personnel, bien que courtois, ne semblait pas toujours être à la hauteur des attentes. Lors de mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai été surpris lorsque le réceptionniste m'a demandé mon acte de mariage, malgré le fait que j'étais accompagné de mes petits enfants....

「Centrally located, friendly staff, sisnt try the restaurants. But one thing i would lile the mabagement t9 rectify or fix is the bathtub. It is about 18 to 20 inches from the floor and getting in and out of it without a support, which there is none, would be difficult for older people, children to get in and out of the shower.」

「Very nice 1950's elegance. Great breakfast, very quiet and safe, close to shopping areas and good wifi. Convenient parking and private balcony overlooking the garden sealed the deal.」
