Clean rooms, great staff, breakfast included air conditioning. We arrived early but neverthe less we were given a clean suite with in 20 m8nutes of arriving. The staff helped us with navigation and taxi help. It was an experience i will never forget. The hotel has an old charm and situated in the heart of casablanca.

The cleaning room is excellent, Miss Souad was very friendly. Breakfast room service is available only if you agree to pay a setup amount of 20dh. Other than that, the staff is friendly.

Good but could with renovating

Generally hotel needs a bit of love and renovation, but stayed in the suite so was super spacious. Breakfast is average. Good location though McDonald’s is around 2 minutes away and close to the centre

The place looked run down and the staff would not work with us to return a list item or even send a receipt I requested multiple times. Stains on some linens and A/C didn’t work well in about 80% of the rooms.

I endend up not staying because the place was filthy. ask front desk to change the sheet and for them to clean the bathroom and instead he gave me another room which was worse than the first one. I would like my refund

Very central location, normal street noise. Friendly reception staff. Hallways & floors are a bit old-fashioned, but generally clean & well-maintained, as long as you don't look closely in the corners. Slightly musty smell in the bathroom, but okay. Comfy bed. The top floor has a bar with a nice view, but it's a smoking area.

Good for price and nothing else.

This hotel is cheap and for a reason. Lots of work outside so dont wear white shoes. Staff willntry their best to get as much money from you as possible. Language can be an issue. Sheets and towels have stains. Some toilets dont have locks and looks old.
