「Great staff」

「Standard hotel room. Nothing special. Nothing particularly good but also nothing particularly bad about the room itself. However the carpark was particularly busy, not helped by a gigantic mobile home boondocking three spaces, and a SUV hauling a speed boat parking horizontally across six spaces. The fact the hotel offers free parking may be considered both an advantage and disadvantage as it appears there’s no actual monitoring of whether legitimate guests use the car park.」

「Although the hotel has a beautiful and unique decor, I found the overall experience to be only satisfactory. The amenities were somewhat lacking (e.g. no glasses or plasticware in the room). The food at the restaurant was good but nothing special. I expected more based on the pictures of the hotel property.」

「Seems like new or recently updated facilities. Helpful staff. However, Air conditioning unit (behind louvered door in sleeping space) was loud to the point of disturbing sleep when cycling on.」

「The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.」

「The room was clean and in good condition. The towels were super soft, and the bed was nice. Good outlet access and decent TV streaming options. The AC didn’t reach the sofa front room properly and tended to be much warmer than the room with the king bed. During the stay, there were several times the water was shut off without warning for maintenance and I had to call front desk to find out why. Lobby and hallways were always uncomfortably warm. Breakfast is bare bones - the cream cheese provided...

「Very clean!!! but the handle for the cold water was broke..stripped...It wa.hard to wash your face and brush your teeth with very hot water. Great amount of towels...excellent...every thing!!!」

「It was nice to be at a hotel that made you feel special. We called room service for an extra blanket and they brought it to us immediately. Customer service isn’t like this anymore.」
