"The first room I checked into had the bathtub faucet tour completely out. They got us another room. We asked for sheets for the pull out bed and we were given a pillow, a top sheet and a blanket, no bottom sheet, and they only had one pillow they could give us. The heater in the room did not work at all and the temperature got to 40 degrees outsideWhile swimming in the swimming pool, one of the staff went into our room, looking for extra towels, because apparently the hotel did not have enough towels for all of the guest. The hot tub was full of some type of grit. It felt like somebody poured a bucket of sand into it. The breakfast was horrible. We were there early and they were out of almost everything. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Great value and close to downtown. Stopped here for two nights and the service at the front desk was outstanding- I had a lot of gear to unload and they made sure my room was in a convenient location for unloading. They also had great hiking and restaurant recommendations. I ate at two of the restaurants listed in their pamphlet from the front desk-phenomenal! (Campo at Los Poblanos and La Guelaguetza)"

"Lovely view of the mountains, very friendly and proficient staff, great location for restaurants and shopping. Only challenge was the towels were very rough and scratchy."

"You need to bring your own quarters to do the laundry facilities. They don’t provide change for you and the front desk staff are rude to customers. There is no change dispenser for your convenience. The floor smelled of weed and lingered throughout the hotel. Our towel hangers in the bathroom broke as soon we put our towels on it. The parking is limited and on a first come first serve basis. We couldn’t eat the breakfast because the food we got was undercooked. I would not recommend this place. "
