「This was the best accommodation I have ever stayed in and I would return in an instant. The property is extremely modern and luxurious throughout. Bottled water was a very welcome gift in the high temperatures and every room was air conditioned. The location is perfect for the Porta Nuova area of Bergamo and has lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Public transport is easily accessible for Citta Alta and Milan Bergamo Airport. 「We had to left the apartment 20 minutes after arrival. There was an infestetation of croackarages and bed bugs. The bed sheets and the curtains were stain with blood spots and dirty. They offered us a new apartment and we checked it but it was worse. That property should not be advertised.」

「Central air conditioning. A little stuffy and too noisy if we opened the window. The reception was friendly and communication was very perfect and timely. Unfortunately our last night was disrupted by a powercut due to the construction work that was being carried out outside of the building. 」

「My family and I stayed at this apartment for 4 days. The location was very convenient, train station was just a block down, a lot of shops around. The apartment itself was great, well clean, very organized, two nice bathroom, spacious room, kitchen area was all brand new. Easy access to laundry on the first floor, Iron available at the Laundry area. Nice area, nice place.」
