「The hotel is perfect, nothing to complaint, inside the train station, extremely good location for tourists taking Renfe.
But be frank, I felt being cheated by hotels.com
I booked Junior Suit (which is more expensive) because I saw the photos provided by Hotels.com, and I was impressed by the wonderful view.
However, hotel arranged me to a room with a window facing another room!
I asked the staff and they said NO SUCH ROOM for Junior Suit
What? then what's the point to book this room? I'd rather...

「Terrible experience. Air-con is not working but it’s extremely noisy while opening windows for fresh air. I hear all windy sound and people talking in very earlier morning that can’t let you sleep. No hair dryer but cannot contact staff to get as it’s no staff after 2pm. Never want to stay again 」

「总体是一家不错的商务酒店。尤其要赞扬的是早餐，非常丰盛，虽然基本没人服务靠自助。房间宽敞整洁，部分家具材质稍显低端，房间整体设计也比较空荡无趣。前台的态度非常好。地理位置不是很理想，看着离火车站/汽车站很近，实则要走一长段没有遮蔽的道路。离开市区也有一段距离，好在可以坐34路公交，前台人员会热心指导路线。我们夜间从市区打车回来大约8-9欧元。」
