The only complaint we had was that we woke up to the smell of marijuana filtering into our room and it was very strong in our hallway. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I'm staying again after the 11th, but, all the stays I've had since being here have been very good. Not as quiet as I'd like, but that's okay. Nice big soft bed, everything is perfect except the fridge.

The room was very damp throughout our stay. There were a couple of live bugs in the room when we arrived. The staff member who checked us in was wonderful, the one who checked us out was nice. The staff members who I spoke with on the phone prior to arriving, where not as pleasant.

Noisy place - recreational area right outside room

Horrible place to stay, they have a swimming pool with tables and chairs right outside the room and the area stays open 24/7 not just for guests but for anyone who wants to use it. It was 11:30pm and a lot of guests were having a party right outside my room. After 11:00pm staff simply disappear and there is no way to contact them apart from a phone number left at reception but if you have a foreign phone like me there is no way to call them. I wasn’t able to sleep until 1:00am - even hotels.com tried to call them 3 times and there was no answer. Avoid these place at all cost

If the hotel was cheap some of the stuff I could overlook. But for $85!! Apparently, Busbee, the road that the hotel is on is a car racing strip. The hotel leaves the windows open so you can hear it really really loud at night. The car is going up and down the road racing. The only snacks that Hotel has vending machines. The vending machines only take cash or coins. One of the machines was Out of order, one of the machines had nothing in it. The hotel room is dingy, it reminds me of a jail cell. There’s no bathroom fan. There’s a closet, but no hangers. It does have a little kitchen area, but there are no utensils or cups or anything stocked. The location is great. Near the highway and it’s near the mall.

There was a “stench” inside this entire hotel. It was musty, almost like the entire place was a “smoking hotel” and the carpets, linens, pillows or no air filters were changed…ever.
