The staff at then hotel was unhelpful. They didn’t have the linen for the pull-out bed, and offered no other linen as an accommodation. There were no washcloths, and the property is in need of an upgrade. Also, the hotel charged my card for the room even though I paid for the room on hotels.com. ...

The staff was great and easy to work with. The mold/mildew in the bathroom was obvious and if there was more caulking in the bathroom, was off setting I understand it’s an older building, I am thinking next time I will move to another hotel to see finding cleaner rooms
