O hotel tem problema com o escoamento de água do chuveiro, o chuveiro sai com pouca pressao e agua quente é ruim. Nao ha geladeira no quarto, nem mesmo janelas, o que é um pouco comum nos hoteis da parte velha da cidade. O café da manhã tem opções razoáveis, entretanto o ambiente onde ele se realiza é horrivel, nao há sombra nem ventiladores. O quarto é minusculo, ha pouco espaço para se colocar as malas.

I love this small, clean and friendly hotel in downtown Cartagena. Better than a lot of "boutique hotels" that are pricy and noisy. Staff is very friendly and you feel like you are at home

this place does not fit the definition of a Hotel -it is an hold trash house with bunch of boxes called rooms. Do not Book and if you made a mistake - do yourself a favor and cancel your booking. Absolute trash room you will feel that someone put you in a dirty box. Bed sheets, towels old and dirty. Internet crap does not even work. Very difficult to find this hotel and staff demand more money if your friend visit you for a beer.

No lo recomendaría.

Muy mala experiencia. A la entrada hay un cartel que indica que "no se hace servicio por horas" así que se puede inferir el resto... Las fotos que se muestran no dan tan mala impresión pero sí que es un sitio al que le falta mantenimiento y buen gusto; tambien habría que aclarar que para acceder al espacio donde se desayuna hay que subir unas incomodas escaleras tipo marinero. Fuimos 3 amigas y teníamos 2 habitaciones reservadas por 10 noches pero al llegar y ver lo terrible de lo que nos ofrecían pasamos la primera noche en una sola habitación pues la segunda no tenía niguna ventilación y la humedad y el olor eran desagradables. En la noche se escucha considerablemente el ruido de la calle. Afortundamente no habíamos hecho el pago online y en el hotel sólo pagamos por la primera noche (obvio nos cobraron las 2 habitaciones) y al día siguiente salimos volando. No lo recomendaría de ninguna manera.

Qaundo uma hospedagem se torna uma decepção

Procuramos em diversos sites sobre o Hotel Santa Cruz e tivemos um retorno positivo dos comentários,porém não contávamos com o fato de sermos roubadas em nosso próprio quarto.O caso ocorreu quando nos ausentamos para fazermos o passeio até a Isla del Rosário no dia 09/11.Na confiança em que nosso dinheiro estaria seguro no cofre,tivemos a segurança em deixa-lo,pois acreditávamos que estaria seguro. Porém a história teve uma decepção tremenda,não pelo fato da perda financeira, mas o fato de termos sido violadas em nosso próprio quarto.Respiramos e decidimos não comunicar o Hotel para que não houvesse ainda mais desgastes.Nos dias 11/11 a 14/11 nos ausentamos novamente para nos hospedarmos na Isla Tintipán.Como o passeio é realizado através de uma lancha,ñ seria possível levarmos nossas malas grandes,então deixamos no hotel.Com o ocorrido preferimos deixar todos os pertences dentro das malas e colocamos cadeado,assim teríamos mais segurança.Porém como não fizemos nenhuma queixa ao Hotel,a pessoal se sentiu na confiança de tentar roubar novamente.Ao chegarmos da Ilha,notei que o cadeado da minha mala ñ estava no lugar onde eu havia deixado,pois o havia colocado na ponta da fechadura e ao chegar estava no meio.Graças a Deus não tiveram interesse em roubar minhas roupas e sapatos.Gostaria de alertar as pessoas que pensam em se hospedar no Hotel Santa Cruz para que procurem outro lugar.Um hotel que você não pode deixar seus pertences em segurança não deveria receber hospedes.

Quaint little place

Descent place, stayed one night with friends. Great access point for touring walled-city. We were able to come and go several times during the day. Stored our luggage at the front until the room was ready. AC rooms are a plus!

Bom custo x beneficio

O hotel fica dentro da cidade Amurallada, então perto de todas as atrações turísticas do centro histórico. Havia lido antes sobre o café da manhã e fui não esperando muita coisa, mas me surpreendi. Você escolhe entre as opções do cardápio (você só pode escolher uma opção de prato) com opções de bebidas quentes e geladas. Tinham omeletes, mas em todos os dias optei pelo misto quente (que vem no prato 2 por pessoa) e suco. No primeiro dia ainda me ofereceram mamão picado pra finalizar. O que deixa um pouco a desejar é a localização do café da manhã que fica tipo na “laje” do hotel, com pouca sombra. Voce toma o café da manhã com sol e muito calor. Quando chove eu não sei como eles fazem. O chuveiro não esquentou, apesar de fazer muito calor na cidade, o quarto fica com o ar condicionado ligado 24h, então acho que o chuveiro poderia esquentar mais. A cama não tem o conforto que normalmente temos em casa, mas para os poucos dias que fiquei (3) estava ótima. Quando reservei as diárias havia entendido que tinha transfer gratuito para o aeroporto, mas na impressão da reserva li as letras pequenas e vi que havim taxas para obter esse benefício. No hotel eles não me ofereceram transfer, e eu também não pedi, pois na porta do hotel passam vários táxis a todo o momento. Quando encerra a sua diária e você precisa fazer tempo para ir para o Porto ou aeroporto, por exemplo, é possível deixar as malas na recepção enquanto você almoça ou da mais um passeio pelas ruas do centro histórico.

Terrible hotel! No Save (just a box), no shelves in room nor bathroom, no garbage can, no night stand, no phone, no WiFi in room, torn off bed sheets, air-condition isn't working, wait few minutes to get hot water running, 1 broken bed with separated bedhead, and 2nd bed just frame with mattress (no bed), no refrigerator, no cups

Great location in walled city of Cartegena

Our room the first two nights was dreadful, extremely small and we had no hot water. However when we requested a bigger room this was quite nic and the water very hot! So make sure you ask to change rooms!
