It was ok. The beds are supper sturdy and hard. The bathroom area, specifically the curtains were full of mold. It smelled like old and moldy house. Under the beds was full of dust. The water was cold.

Only complaint I got is that the first room they gave me smelt like mold and the pillow cases and towels seem very old and stained. They should really invest in buying new ones. Other than that everything was good. I would consider staying there again.

Hotel bonito

Es un hotel bonito al qué le faltan cosas sencillas. Las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento acústico y el ruido de la recepción y de las otras habitaciones se escucha dentro de la habitación. Falta una mejor limpieza al baño. Falta agilidad del personal en el proceso de check in y check out. El wifi no funciona bien dentro de la habitación. Mi estadía fue de 2 noches.

La atención al detalle y el compromiso con la satisfacción del cliente realmente hicieron que mi experiencia fuera memorable. Desde el momento en que llegué, el personal de Casa franco, garantizó un ambiente cálido y acogedor. Las cómodas habitaciones, las deliciosas opciones gastronómicas y el impecable servicio de limpieza superaron mis expectativas. Me impresionó especialmente la fluidez con la que todo estuvo organizado y el comportamiento amistoso de los miembros de su equipo. Una vez más, gracias por brindarnos una estadía tan placentera. Too loud

Maybe if i where in a different room it would have been better i was on the bottom right next to the reception desk. I could hear everything outside my room and they where doing repairs all day so i could hear it all. And there where crickets and huge water bugs in the room. The bed came with only a sheet and no blanket

The staff was exceptional ! They cleaned and mopped everywhere in our room and around the building Also they Very nice and attentive They deserve 10 stars The property itself is falling apart the drain smelled horrible the towles were old and fallng apart they looked am but smelled very musty We could only get 2 We eventually got another one for the floor because the water came far out close to the bathroom door No hot water only lukewarm the entire stay The desk in our room colapsed with just 2 bottles of water and paper plates .on it on the 3rd day The air conditioning unit was old and really didnt cool the room unless it was after 11 pm If there was a little bit of renovations this place could be great ! but its very out dated and falling apart
