I highly recommand Casa Don Sandro. I would give it a 11 on 10! Everything was simply perfect in that Small boutique Hostel. The place, the location, the personnel, the service, Everything was perfect!… We felt like VIP from our arrival to our departure.

Amazingly beautiful and clean property. We stayed in the superior suite which was very nice. Understand luxury for the price. The staff was professional, courteous and caring. We could not have asked for more. This hotel does not disappoint!

This is my second time staying here. The staff are amazingly kind and helpful. I absolutely love them. The only issue I had this time and it’s more with the way the payment system is run. So I payed them $10000 as I arrived for my three nights. The day we were leaving I had $76 in incidentals to pay. Their cc machine couldn’t connect with my bank so I said you have my card details just charge it when it’s back up. My taxi was outside waiting and I had a flight to catch, they refused to let me leave. Made me feel like they thought I would not pay them the measly $76. Eventually after about half an hour I guess they called the owner who sent me a link to pay online. I don’t blame the staff at all. However the owner needs to change to a better policy as this left a bad taste in my mouth. I still love the place, location, food and above all the staff though.

Charming, discrete hotel with chill vibes

I had a great stay. This hotel is super central but located down a quieter side street which is perfect, especially on the weekend. The staff is lovely and the arepas for breakfast each morning with homemade hot sauce and fresh squeezed fruit juice hit the spot.

This is a boutique hotel … small and convenient. If you like big chain hotels this is not for you. If you like small and quiet hotels with character and old world charm with excellent staff and a first class location then this is a great choice.

I was pleasantly surprised! I did not have high expectations thinking it was just a bed & breakfast type of place which I usually don’t like. This turned out to be a slice of paradise. Everything was top notch! I will definitely stay again and again. Serene, gorgeous, decor amazing high quality, staff were very sweet. Food was delish. We have dinner one night and it was excellent.

Su mejor opción en Cartagena

Un hotel perfectamente ubicado, mantenido, decorado y con servicios excelentes. Todo es impecable y cuidan el más mínimo detalle. Hotel pequeño de super lujo. Camas cómodas y telas de gran calidad. El personal siempre amable y atento. Fueron personas muy cálidas. Excelente para disfruta Cartagena en la ciudad amaurallada lejos del ruido intenso pero cerca de todo. Volvería porque lo amé.

El hotel es espectacular y el personal es muy servicial. El único detalle es que tuvieron un descuido al hacer la limpieza de la habitación y perdieron mi camisón de dormir. Deberían revisar bien la ropa de cama antes de llevarla a la lavandería.

Este hotel y sus habitaciones son muy lindos, llenos de detalles que te hacen sentir muy cómodo y bien recibido. El personal es excelente, son todos muy amables; en especial Esthefany y Nairo nos atendieron con mucho esmero en cualquier aspecto que les solicitamos. La limpieza, la ubicación del hotel, sus instalaciones y todo su personal fueron excelentes.
