Had a great time at the hotel. Literally down the street from all the restaurants and shops in the area. 10 min walk to San Felipe fort. Front desk staff was pleasant and spoke both English and Spanish. Also the complimentary breakfast was made to order. Definitely a great deal

Hotel is beautiful, well located with our balcony facing San Felipe Fort and old City wall. Walking distance to excellent restaurants, places to see in Cartagena. Front desk staff are very nice, breakfast is excellent with wonderful staff. Our room was serviced daily. The small pool at the roof top is a very nice bonus with a beautiful view

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the property itself has a beautiful aesthetic and the morning breakfast was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room felt more like a basic motel than a hotel, and the number of mosquitos inside made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I’m glad I only booked a short stay. With some improvements to the rooms and pest control, this could be a much better experience considering how lovely the common areas are.

Hotel is clean and beautiful, the breakfast Personal at dinner area are excellent and attentive, food on point at my check up information needs to be fixed and never happened in the future if I get back i will be more careful. Otherwise i recommend to anyone Hotel has access to everywhere.
