Out vacation stay was far from great. No cleaning was done in our apartment, no one came to greet us or advise who to contact if we had any problems. I came across a few problems and went to the reception only to be told to speak to the person I booked the room from. I tried explaining to them that I booked through Expedia and they seemed not to know what that was. After some back amd forth they provided me with a name & number. Lady said that there was no cleaning service for the apartments. I expressed how weird that was since I’ve never booked a hotel/apartment with no cleaning service. We didn’t know how to use the safe, no new towels were given to us, no extra paper toilet, washer and dryer in the room weren’t working and to top it off apartment was full of cockroaches. Definitely not staying here again, since I complained they gave us a new set of towels but thats it they never fixed the washer or dryer and never provided us with trash bags which they told us they would give us.

There is a disconnect from the building staff and apartment owners. I met only 1 receptionist that was helpful and friendly. The building guards tried scamming me. Will never stay here again.

There are a few things I didn’t like that should be mentioned up front to the guest before the chose to stay there. 1. The shows had NO hot water for the first three days and when they finally showed up to fixed it, the water took approximately 10 to 15 minutes to get hot that only lasted 2 minutes. 2. The TV’s didn’t work, the Wi-Fi connection to get the TV channels working was unable to provide a good continuous signal therefore the TV spent all night trying to connect. 3. They told us the dryer didn’t work but the washer did. The dryer should have been checked and repaired if needed before we arrived. 4. The Gym equipment was very out dated and unsafe for the user. Example the thread mill were slipping causing you to go off balance and can easily fall and get seriously injured. 5. They have 3 elevators but the most of the time there only one elevator was working for a building with approximately 40 floors, needless to say it took about 10 to 15 minutes just to get up and down the building. I love the fact that it’s located feet from the ocean. The security at the door did an awesome job to be sure the people accessing the building did belong in the building. 6. The pool was unacceptable for hours at a time but we were never given the pool schedule upon arrival. That has to change to avoid the guess showing up and denied access to the pool. 7. The showers I recommend be redesigned to avoid mopping after each use, due to the excess water accumulated

The property is excellent. Expedia needs to let the guest know who to contact at the time of arrival, by e-mail before arrival, the front desk representative had no idea about our reservation. We had to wait for a while until finally someone got the person in charge.

I liked that is an apartment for the space.... but the conditions of the building are not 5 stars as appear in the rating... the elevator got ruin and did not work for 3 days and we were at the 27th floor. We were a family of 6 requested an apartment of 2 rooms, instead of giving us an apartment of 2 rooms they gave us 2 apartments of 2 rooms each charging us more and did not want to refund us and I made a reservation of another apartment of 2 bedrooms and gave us 2 more apartments and wasting the money of 2 apartments for nothing.

Une semaine en famille

L'appartement ne correspond plus aux photos de l'annonce. Tout les meubles sont vêtustes et absolument inconfortable. Impersonnel. Très peu fourni en vaisselle. Pas de plat pour utiliser le four, pas de petites cuillières, pas de bols, pas de briquet, tire-bouchon, produit vaisselle, éponge, sel-poivre, et sèche-cheveux alors qu'il est mentionné dans l'annonce. Le nettoyage tous les jours prévus dans l'annonce est en suplément. Frigo sans compartiments dans la porte ! Micro-onde difficile à faire fonctionner. Le vent s'infiltre par toutes les ouvertures (même fermées) et donc un bruit de souffle constant. Le personnel n'est pas très accueillant. Douche froide. Il y a une machine à café, parfait. Lave-linge et sèche-linge très bien. Il y a un mixer et un toaster croque-monsieur, mais pas essayer.

When I arrive I had to call the apartment to see if I can check inn they never answer me ignore my calls all day when it was check inn time person from lobby call the lady and than she answers. Then we hear employee saying she did not like to go down get the guest at all. Bad customer service

When we arrived we were met with blank stares, because they said they do not have a reservation for us. Of course there is no public WIFI in the building so I could not connect. I was finally able to connect and show them my reservation, but they said they do not have a reservation in my name (they spelled my name wrong, but not just a little wrong they left out 2 letters in my last name - so Yeager became Year). I finally had to argue with them that if this reservation is not for me then why is Mr. Year's reservation on my phone? After about 2 hours of this they finally gave us our Apartment that we paid for. I have stayed in this building 3 other times in the last 10 years (not my last name) the last time 4 years ago. The building is really getting worn down since it was built in 2005, the furnishings were old and worn out, in one of the rooms the drawers were stuck and hard to open. The Kitchen cabinets are peeling, and everything else is shabby. I would avoid this place primarily because the check in procedure is not comfortable in the slightest, there is no public WIFI, the condition of the Apartments, and you are treated like an inmate all of the time.
